The check-in process, while generally smooth, had a slight wait due to a system issue.

The Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment was really comfortable and clean, which was awesome for my stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it feel like home. I particularly loved the heating. it kept the room nice and warm during those chilly London nights. But there was some street noise at night, which was kinda annoying, and the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the tube and nearby amenities. The apartments are modern and clean, with a comfortable executive studio that includes a washer and dryer. check-in was disorganized, leading to an upgrade that was initially disappointing due to the absence of a shower. the inconsistent bed quality and a mix-up with the checkout invoice detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
